I wrote a short article for the MosaicBricks blog that talks about how to make a small cheese slope mosaic. I generally try not to be too self-promotional, but I thought this might be interesting to some LEGO builders who come along here.
I’m also working on a how-to for making a LEGO picture frame. It’s amazing how busy this hobby can keep me without even having time for working on building anything substantial. 
How to make vegan croissants: rectangles and triangles

7:27am: I cut the croissants into 6" equilateral triangles. This seems to work well. However, the pain au chocolat rectangles were only 3"x4", I would recommend doubling them to 4"x6". If you are just making croissants, you could make two rows of 5"x5" triangles. Chill for 15 minutes.
