As lens hoods for the rare bayonet 104 are pretty rare and expensive, I tried to do one myself.
Went to the DIY store and grabbed a black rubber bowl sold to prepare plaster in it. Then I cut it at the right diameter to fit onto the lens, cut the three notches to go onto the outer bayonett of the lens. Finally, I put the camera on "B" mode, sticked an opaque piece of transparent plastic (the opaque side of the acetat tubes my lab puts my film 120 slides in) with adhesive tape onto the back and empirically determined the shape and size I would need to get an image without vignetting. I checked it with real film: everything looks ok, no vignetting. The cutting could have been done more precisely, of course. But it does the trick. If a more stable attachment is needed, it can still be taped to the lens or fixed with a rubber band.
The principle applies to many other lenses. Total costs: a bit more than 1€ and 1/2h of work or so.
DIY Softbox Prototype Testbed (with build instructions)

The purpose of this project is two fold. First it allows me to test out a new idea for mounting a DIY softbox to a light stand and secondly it lets me answer a comment made on my previous large DIY softbox about the best type of lining material to use when ‘doing it yourself’.
The idea of building a prototype testbed is that it allows ideas to be tried out on a smaller scale and in a simpler fashion than if you went ahead and just built the final version straight off. From this prototype I now have a set of plans to build a large, lightweight, collapsible softbox that should be easy to mount on a light stand. It should also be quick and easy to attach and remove a small flash.
